לא מסכים בכלל, השוק בישראל עדיין יקר, מקווה להעלות פוסט מפורט בקרוב. בגדול: להערכתי המכפיל בישראל בניטרול בנקים, ככל הנראה יקר יותר מהמכפיל של הSP500 בפער של 25% לפחות. והשקעה באג"ח בתשואות האלו תיתן תשואה עודפת. או אם תרצו: תיק בו 30% בנקים, והשאר אג"ח (במקום שאר המדד), מקבע תשואה עודפת על המדד.

$PGY: This is a clear positive. Despite higher benchmark yields, Pagaya was able to achieve tighter ABS pricing relative to recent deals, helping offset at least part of the increase in funding costs. PAGAYA today announced the closing of a $600 million AAA-rated personal loan ABS transaction (PAID 2026-6). “We achieved tighter pricing on this transaction relative to recent deals, which reflects strong investor confidence in Pagaya's credit performance and underwriting platform".
